What is prospects of EAC RoO when EAC CU become fully fledged next year (Jan 2010)?
Will Rwanda and Burundi implement fully EAC CET as well as O% on import duty for goods originated other EAC Partner States eg Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania.Or there will will be internal tariff programme for Rwanda and Burundi??
