The Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KNCCI), is an NON-PROFIT, autonomous, private sector institution and membership based organization. It was established in 1965 from the amalgamation of three existing Chambers of Commerce – the Asian, African and European to protect and develop the interest of the business community. The KNCCI has a countrywide outreach with 68 branches; it works in close collaboration with the government, stakeholders and business development organizations internationally. It is an affiliate member of the international Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICC).

Kenya Investment Authority (KenInvest) is a statutory body established in 2004 through an Act of Parliament (Investment Promotion Act of 2004) with the main objective of promoting investments in Kenya. It is responsible for facilitating the implementation of new investment projects, providing After Care services for existing investments, as well as organizing investment promotion activities both locally and internationally. The core functions of KenInvest include; Policy Advocacy; Investment Promotion; Investment Facilitation; Investor Tracking and After Care Services.
